By creating an account or using bookvero.app you agree to these terms.

The service

Bookvero lets businesses scan, store, read and export invoices and related business paperwork. Details read automatically from documents may contain mistakes, so you are responsible for checking them before relying on them for accounts or tax.

Accounts

  • You must give accurate details and keep your password safe.
  • The business owner is responsible for the people they invite and the roles they give.

Subscriptions

Independent businesses need an active monthly subscription to use admin features. If a subscription ends or payment fails, admin access and uploads stop until it is renewed. Records are not deleted just because a subscription lapses.

Acceptable use

Upload only invoices, receipts and business paperwork you are entitled to store. You must not:

  • upload unrelated, unlawful or harmful files, or use storage as general file hosting;
  • try to access another business's data or get around security or billing;
  • overload or disrupt the service.

If these rules are broken, we may warn you, remove the content in question, or suspend or close the account. Except where urgent action is needed, we will email the business owner first and give reasonable time to download records.

Storage and retention

Each document file is limited in size, and storage limits per business may apply. Document files are removed one year after upload, with notice about 30 days beforehand. Please download anything you need to keep longer.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload. You allow us to store and process it only to provide the service.

Liability

The service is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for losses caused by errors in automatically read details. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law.

Ending your account

You may stop using Bookvero at any time and ask us to close your account by emailing amit_8feb@hotmail.com.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
